For me, I think that breast cancer was a ‘tap’ on the shoulder, a message that my life was a little off course. That somewhere along the way, I hadn’t listened to my intuition when I should have.
Part of my healing journey is that I wanted to learn to listen to myself and my body more. And not just listen to my intuition but also to be able to act on it (as often, I would have flashes of inspiration to do something…and then kind of talk myself out of it).
On the cancer retreat in January, I was introduced to the Silva programme of meditations and creative visualisations. I really liked the exercises as they still your mind and then walk you through a process to create your future, better health, make decisions and towards your life purpose.
So I looked on the Silva website and saw they had a Silva Intuition System programme. I purchased it and the digital version was in my inbox within seconds. This has begun a few weeks of meditations and exercises to both build my health and create a better future. There are ten modules which span all types of intuition from decision making, life purpose and night time meditation creating a positive future as you go to sleep.
One of the highlights for me has been a specific exercise designed to discover my life purpose and start making steps towards it . Once we know our life purpose, it is much easier to feel passion and aliveness as we know we are on track and engaged in meaningful activities. Could finding our life purposes be that simple? I think it just was :).
I bought the Silva programme digitally and I think it is well worth the investment. Thanks Silva and here is the link if you would also like to purchase it. Please note this is an affiliate link.
